Regional Construction Leader

The Regional Construction Leader is to lead the process of managing selected performance contracting projects for CTS Group that leads to accurate estimates, high-quality installation, problem-solving, customer satisfaction, on time completion, and profitability for CTS.  In addition, provide attention to the energy conservation measures proper implementation to facilitate the success of the energy cost avoidance guarantee. 
B.S. in Construction Management Required 

Project Manager/Project Engineer

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on multiple projects while managing and exceeding customer expectations, as well as manage both on-site and in-office activities and the financial performance of the project.  The  Project Manager/Project Engineer will report to a Regional Construction Leader with job updates and issues.

Site Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on one job site, while managing and exceeding customer expectations.  The Site Superintendent will report to a Project Manager with job updates and issues.

Performance Contracting Engineer (PCE)

The responsibilities of the PCE include identifying and understanding the energy and mechanical-related problems within a customer’s facility. The PCE takes site evaluation information and develops comprehensive, cost-effective technical solutions that increase the operational and energy efficiency of the site. This position is also responsible for establishing budgets for projects, an ongoing relationship with the customer, providing technical consultation on current systems and future energy and operating efficiencies.  Included in the responsibilities are preparing reports, collecting data, performing building energy modeling, analysis of utility data, and on site communication with the customer and subcontractors during project development. 
B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering Required

Project Development Engineer (PDE)

The PDE serves as a technical resource to the sales, PCE and operations teams. The PDE responsibilities include identifying and understanding the mechanical and electrical scopes prepared by the PCE and their correlation to the customer’s facility. The PDE takes site evaluation information and develops comprehensive, cost-effective technical solutions that provide a complete turnkey solution of the customer’s site and the CTS solutions. This position is also responsible for establishing budgets for any necessary components of the project beyond the Mechanical, Electrical and Temperature Control in conjunction with the PCE, an ongoing relationship with the customer, providing technical consultation on current building issues and future building improvements or additions. This will include assisting sales with reports, collecting data, and on site communication with the customer and subcontractors during project development.
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Required, or equivalent experience in construction industry with estimating skills

Building Automation Engineer

In the role of Building Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for hardware and software design activities for small building automation systems. Applies engineering principles and practices for work on assigned projects. Designs cost-effective control solutions to meet project requirements.
B.S. in Mechanical/Electrical/Architectural Engineering, or Industrial Electronics Required
